Surprise your guests with an unobvious recipe for a grilled dish that will make every meeting more pleasant. Bake a simple, quick and delicious brownie on the Defro Garden hearth!
To make brownies you will need:
- a small pot
- two bowls
- a small cake tin or baking tray
- mixing shovel
- sieve for sifting flour
Ingredients:
- bitter chocolate – 200 g
- butter – 200 g
- sugar – 250 g
- wheat flour – 150 g
- eggs – 3 pieces
- pinch of salt
- optional: nuts, lemon peel
Prepare a water bath in a pot – pour some water into it and boil it on the grill plate. Place a bowl of chocolate over the pot and stir until completely melted. Set the bowl of chocolate aside to cool.
Break the eggs into another bowl and mix them with the sugar. Slowly pour in the cooled chocolate, stirring constantly. Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. At this stage, you can also add a handful of chopped nuts to the dough or grate some lemon zest. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous mass without lumps.
Line the form with baking paper and pour the dough into it. Place the mold on the grill and bake for about 30 minutes. Baked brownies should be cooled, removed from the mold and served with your favorite toppings – we recommend fresh fruit, ice cream or jam.
We must admit that the cake has only one drawback: it disappears from the plate far too quickly! 😉
