When it comes to minced meat, the best burgers will be minced beef, which is fresh and if we are environmentally responsible (as we are at Defro Garden! ) – locally produced. To prepare the burger, select 500g of minced meat, then add the finely diced onion, egg, salt and pepper until all ingredients are well combined. Form them into 4 large cutlets, about 2 cm thick.
When the chops are ready, place them on the grill plate or grill rack and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until well-fried. During this time, you can prepare the toppings for the burger. Cut the onion into slices and fry on a plate with a little olive oil until translucent. It’s so simple and fun! Thanks to the wide plate of our hearths, we can prepare many dishes next to each other at the same time. Also prepare barbecue sauce, pickled cucumbers, pepper relish and sweet potato fries. Cut the burger buns in half and warm them slightly on the grill. After frying the chops, place a slice of feta cheese on each of them and leave on the grill for a moment to melt the cheese. Then put a spoonful of barbecue on the bottom half of the bun, then place the cutlet with cheese and add a few slices of onion. Put a spoonful of paprika relish on the cutlet, and then a few slices of pickled cucumbers. Close the burger with the other half of the bun and serve with sweet potato fries.
